Our culinary week is out of the ordinary! Together with a guest star chef, our Engel kitchen brigade really heats things up in our cookery room, hopefully our kitchen won't go up in flames... Our sommelier not only looks after the well-stocked wine cellar, she also finds the right wine accompaniment. FIX!

Cancellation Fees:
The following cancellation fees apply according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006):
Up to 3 months before the stay: no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before the stay: 40 % cancellation fees
1 month to 1 week before the stay: 70 % cancellation fees
In the last week before the stay: 90 % cancellation fees
The total cost of the stay or the all-inclusive week is used as the basis for calculating the cancellation fees. We offer you travel and cancellation insurance to protect you in the event that do you have to cancel your stay.

Travel Assurance:
Which situations are covered?
The traveller is unable to travel for medical reasons.
Death, serious accident or unexpected severe illness of traveller, spouse or close relative (parents, children, etc.)
Traveller loses job due to no fault of his/her own.

How much does the travel assurance cost?
The travel assurance fee is € 3 per adult and booked night. When you take out travel assurance, the corresponding fee is automatically added to your accommodation bill and charged on departure.

When can I take out the travel assurance?
The assurance must be taken out at the same time as the booking confirmation is returned.

How long does the travel assurance cover last?
The travel assurance coverage starts with the return of the booking confirmation and ends with your departure.

Which services does the travel assurance contain?
All costs which the traveller contractually owes to the hotelier at the time of the occurrence of the event (according to Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions).
