We guarantee that on the day of arrival your room will be ready by 15:00. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to enjoy our lunch buffet or relax in the Orgänic Spa.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to clear your room by 11:00. You are welcome to use all the services at our hotel until 17:00.
As well as cash we also accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA and debit/Maestro cards. You can also use Apple Pay.
Upon arrival you will find a bottle of Tyrolean water, a small hiking backpack and a wellness bag with towels and bathrobe in your room. During your stay, however, you will no longer find slippers in your room. Together with your help, we are trying to make the Engel more "organic" bit by bit. We have switched to a more ecological version, but this also uses up ...... reserves, which we can reduce together if you bring yours from home. Thank you for your help <3
Our rooms are also equipped with a hairdryer, shower gel, hair shampoo and a TV.
Nordic walking sticks, bicycle helmets, Swiss adapters, DVD players and LAN cables are available from reception. Bicycles and mountain bikes are available in our underground car park. You are welcome to use these free of charge. Our partner for snow sports is the Club Alpin ski school. Here you can rent equipment and book courses all winter long and also on bank holidays. Guests staying at Der Engel enjoy exclusive discounts. You can get more detailed information at our reception.
W-LAN is free of charge throughout the hotel and in all rooms. It can be used at any time.
The nearest cross-country skiing trail is next to the hotel. The bottom station of the ski lifts up onto the Füssener Jöchl is one kilometre from the hotel.
Dogs are allowed in the hotel with advance notice and for a fee of €30 per day. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you not to bring your dog into the pool area and the alpine garden. A dog washing area is available in the garage. If you would like to bring your dog to dinner we will be happy to reserve a separate table for you in our restaurant. Dogs are allowed in individual rooms such as the Gräner Stube, Bürgermeisterstube and at the hotel bar. Please register at reception. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of up to € 200 for a stay with a dog.
Fructose intolerance, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance (coeliac disease), wheat sensitivity, histamine intolerance, etc. are common in modern society. Let us know if you have any intolerances or allergies. You are welcome to tell us before your stay with us. We will try to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible.
You are also welcome to book your Orgänic Treat on site. Our beauty and spa team is available daily from 08:00 to 19:00. However, we recommend that you send us your appointment request in advance so that we can guarantee your booking. Book a treatment
The Engel Shop by Elke, which is located within the hotel, has a wide range of food, decorative items, souvenirs, presents, etc.

There is also a small supermarkt near the hotel (Nah & Frisch) and another one as you enter the village (MPreis).
No, there is no hairdresser directly in the hotel. However, you can find a hairdresser at our sister hotel, Liebes Rot-Flüh at Haldensee. For appointments and more information speak to a member of staff at our reception.
There is no minimum number of nights for stays between Monday and Thursday. At weekends, i.e. from Thursday to Sunday, we have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
We have 98 rooms & suites and 198 beds. Our team is made up of 170 employees who give their best every day to ensure you have a great time.
Yes. Our day spa is available from Monday to Saturday (not during school holiday periods). The bathing area opens from 8:00 and Orgänic Spa including saunas from 9:00 until 20:00. Please book in advance.
