Gin has a special place at our hotel bar. And Thomas, our barman, can without a doubt call himself a true gin expert. In his spare time he distils his own gin, while behind the bar he offers guests creative drinks made from a prestigious selection of international gins. A drink before dinner with a little piano music? Live bands on stage at the bar. And a DJ on the decks as evening turns into night. How does that sound to you? Heavenly, isn't it? It is this combination of good drinks and good music that provide a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere at our hotel bar here in the Tannheim Valley. Whether aperitif or digestif, cocktail, long drink or a Tyrolean schnapps – we have drinks for all tastes and occasions.

In collaboration with the wineries Türk, Oppelmayer, Loimer, Bründlmayer, Günter & Regina Triebaumer, and Wieninger, a selection of exceptional wines and sparkling wines has been created: White, Red, Brut Gold, Brut Rosé, Himmel 1748, Erde 1748, Gerold im Holzfass, Gerold The Hunter, and Chardonnay by Anika.
Most of these special wines and sparkling wines are available for purchase directly in our on-site shop as well as online.

Our sommelierteam knows the world of wine inside out. Over the years they have helped us curate our wine cellar, which today has over 200 different wines to choose from. We will be happy to recommend a wine to go with your meal, from local to international, from young and sparkling to mature and full-bodied, from white to rosé to red, once or twice fermented – whatever your taste, we are sure we can find the right wine for you. And if there really is nothing that takes your fancy, we can always move straight on to the sparkling wines and champagnes. Cheers!
